Overview:

We have an immediate requirement for a Site Manager with a background in delivering high spec architecturally designed houses across the bayside and metro area.

About:

We're seeking an experienced Site Manager who has a background in running projects in the $2M- $5M bracket. You will have worked on projects with unique one off features, ranging swimming pools to large glazed areas, basement carparks, indoor lifts through to high spec cladding. Projects will often have limited site access, so programming and good communication skills are essential to work around these challenges. A track record of delivering similar work is absolutely essential to be considered

Requirements:

• Able to run multiple high end projects
• Precast panels & structures experience
• Run site meetings and liaise with consultants and clients
• Able to meet agreed deadlines
• Able to read drawings and value engineer projects
• Be able to schedule subcontractors
  

Requirements:

• Delivered high end projects with structural elements
• Five plus years experience in this market.
• A carpentry background is preferred
• First class communication and IT skills
