About the role

As a Warehouse Assistant at Pet PA', you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operations of our dynamic pet supply distribution centre. This full-time position in our Burleigh Heads, Queensland location offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our expanding business.

What you'll be doing

• Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory shipments
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch
• Maintain the warehouse and storage areas in an organised and clean manner
• Assist with stock takes and cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing any issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Forklift licence or the willingness to obtain one
• A positive attitude and the desire to be part of a dynamic, customer-focused team
