Autumn Aged Care is an established residential aged care provider and we are seeking a dynamic and energetic administrator with excellent attention to detail, organisational, commercial, business, leadership and communication skills.
Reporting to the Executive Team and working alongside the Director of Nursing, your primary role will be to drive customer service, develop strong relationships with residents and their families, manage administrative and non clinical operational functions for the facility including ordering supplies, providing leadership to and overseeing the cleaning, laundry and facility maintenance teams. You should have excellent communication, time management, organisational and coordination skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude and a commitment to the position responsibilities and organisational goals.
