As a Google Ads Specialist at Empire Amplify, you'll join a performance-led team built for speed and outcomes. You'll manage high-impact campaigns across Google Ads - driving leads, revenue, and ROI for EmpireOne members: ambitious business owners who value results over reports.

You'll work alongside some of the sharpest digital minds in the game, with full autonomy to execute, optimise, and scale paid search strategies that convert.

What You'll Be Doing:

Building and optimising paid search campaigns across Google to drive leads, sales, and performance growth.

Analysing data, spotting trends, and adjusting strategy to improve ROI and maximise budget efficiency.

Managing campaign budgets, pacing, and performance across multiple accounts with precision.

Running keyword discovery, testing, and ongoing optimisation to keep campaigns sharp.

Reporting on key metrics like CTR, CPC, ROI, CPL, and customer acquisition, and knowing which ones actually matter.

Collaborating with SEO, design, and content teams to align messaging and boost overall performance.

Acting as the go-to technical contact for all things Google Ads within the team.

Staying on the pulse of industry trends and using insights to evolve campaign strategy.

What We're Looking For:

3 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and YouTube a bonus).

Proven track record of hitting performance goals and improving ROAS across different verticals.

Deep understanding of Google Ads best practices, from keyword strategy to conversion tracking.

Strong analytical mindset - you thrive in spreadsheets, dashboards, and live data.

Confident communicator with the ability to translate performance into plain English.

Experience working in a fast-paced agency or performance environment preferred.
