We’re seeking a talented and experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team at Blue Cherry Online Marketing. This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to work across a diverse range of client accounts, optimising Google Ads campaigns to drive growth and improve conversions consistently. Based in our new office premises in Joondalup, the role offers a mix of office-based and remote work, providing the flexibility you need while keeping you connected to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, budget management, and campaign optimisation.

Manage campaigns across Search, Shopping, Remarketing, and Performance Max (PMax) channels.

Monitor and optimise campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve results.

Set up, manage, and monitor conversion tracking through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to clients.

Stay current with the latest Google Ads features, tools, trends, and best practices.

Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure cohesive, cross-channel strategies.

Proactively identify and suggest improvements to enhance client outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

2–3 years+ of experience managing and strategising successful Google Ads campaigns in an agency environment.

Strong understanding of Google Ads, including auction dynamics, bid strategies, and attribution models.

Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, including goal and conversion tracking.

Familiarity with Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) is highly advantageous but not essential.

Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate campaign insights clearly.

Creative flair for developing compelling ad copy and making pro-active suggestions to improve landing page content.

Exceptional time management and organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns effectively.

Adaptability and eagerness to stay updated on digital advertising trends and innovations.

A loyal team player with strong business ethics, ready to contribute to the success of both the agency and our clients.

Ready to hit the ground running, delivering results across a diverse range of client accounts.

Highly organised with great attention to detail.

Someone who is local to Perth and come into the office 2-3 days a week.
