What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in building, managing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns that drive real results. Your focus will be:
Paid Advertising – Managing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
CRM & Automation – Setting up and refining lead management workflows using GoHighLevel (GHL) or any modern CRM (Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
Marketing Strategy & Execution – Working alongside designers, developers, and content specialists to bring campaigns to life and improve lead conversion.

Who We’re Looking For
2+ years experience in digital marketing, paid ads, or CRM automation.
Experience in any modern CRM (Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.). Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a bonus but not required.
Strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn.
Confident communicator who can work directly with clients and present campaign insights.
Highly organised and able to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
Bonus Skills: Looker Studio, Google Analytics (GA4), or marketing automation tools.

You MUST have full working rights in Australia and be available to work from our Burleigh Heads office full-time.
