Our client is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage digital campaigns, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role involves end-to-end campaign management, leveraging tools like Affiliates, Direct Digital, and Programmatic Buying campaigns, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Apple Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and optimise digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Ads, and more.
• Manage campaign performance, from planning and execution to optimisation and reporting.
• Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Build relationships with external suppliers (Google, Meta, Apple) to stay ahead of platform updates.
• Ensure compliance with digital advertising and wagering regulations.
• Utilise tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and AppsFlyer for performance tracking and reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Apple Search Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in tracking tools like Google Analytics and AppsFlyer.
