We are seeking an customer focused individual to liaise with clients and carry out administrative procedures from our office in Cavan. A position is available for an experienced Reception/Administration person to work closely with our office team.
This role will envolve;
Front reception duties
Maintaining computer records in various systems.
Booking accommodation
Booking Vehicle services and maintaining Vehicle records
Handling customer enquires
Taking and producing Meeting Minute.
Checking quotes and various other documents for formatting & spelling, then emailing to replicants.
Picking up parcels and postal items
Picking up stationery items
Ordering Uniforms
Administrative procedures amongst other things
The right candidate will be friendly, detail focused, confident on the phone & able to work semi autonomously.
This position is for a 38 hours week Monday to Friday.
