About this role

To provide a comprehensive range of high-level administrative support functions to the Branch Executive Director and the Branch to support the timely delivery of business initiatives to a high quality and standard.
Crown Clerk 5/6, starting salary from $97,027 - $107,059 p.a. plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

What you will be doing
The Executive Assistant to the Executive Director will provide direct administrative assistance to the ED of SCPAM. Day to day duties will include:
- Management of ED’s calendar
- Oversight of ED’s email inbox, including outgoing communications as direct
- Point of contact for external requests of the ED
- Branch Administrative Support
About you
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders from NSW Health, other government agencies in NSW and Australia, and the academic and industry sectors.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills, adaptive to varied audiences
- Detail oriented work practices with focus on accuracy, rigor and pro-activity
- The ability to work in a small team with short task deadlines.
