This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process high-volume invoices accurately and within deadlines
• Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Provide support and oversight to junior accounts payable team members
• Assist with ad hoc administration and data entry tasks
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and controls

About You:

• Proven experience in a senior accounts payable or similar finance role
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Experience with Unit accounting software is advantageous (training provided)
• Previous exposure to the motor vehicle industry is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
