About the role
We're looking for an experienced Site Foreman to manage day-to-day site operations on a high-end custom home currently underway on Sydney's Northern Beaches. This is a full-cycle role where you'll coordinate trades, maintain timelines, ensure quality control, and lead site safety from groundworks through to handover.

Tasks & Responsibilities
* Manage site-based construction activities from start to finish
* Coordinate trades, deliveries, subcontractors and inspections
* Ensure site safety, quality, and compliance at all times
* Liaise with clients, architects, and project managers
* Contribute to program scheduling, site reports, and issue resolution

Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5 years' experience as Site Foreman in custom residential builds
* Track record of managing full-cycle architectural home projects
* Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
* Solid understanding of the NCC/BCA and residential building standards
* Trade background or building qualification preferred
