Construction of a Childcare Centre located in Denistone East, NSW
Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of 5 years Site Foreman experience on commercial projects.
Verity Construction is a commercial construction company located in Ashfield, specialising in the construction of Childcare Centres.
We are currently looking to add a Site Foreman to our team to build a childcare centre with a single level basement and two upper levels.
Principle Responsibilities:
The Site Foreman will be responsible to construct the childcare centre including the coordination of all site activities and resolution of constructability items.
Develop and monitor the 2-weekly programme.
Ensure compliance with the Safety Management Plan, WHS Act 2011 and WHS Regulation 2017. The Site Foreman will be supported in this by the WHS Manager.
Quality management including the completion of “Inspection Test Plans” ITPs.
The Site Foreman will report to the Project Manager.
The Site Foreman must have OR undertake to complete the following prior to commencing:
First aid certificate
Traffic control certificate
