About the role

As the Site Foreman at Brae Group Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects in Sydney, NSW. This full-time position is responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and directing the work of construction crews, including carpenters, labourers, and subcontractors

Coordinating and scheduling project activities to meet deadlines and budget requirements

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

Identifying and resolving any issues or problems that arise on the construction site

Liaising with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects

Providing training and guidance to crew members to improve their skills and productivity

Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to the construction process

What we're looking for

Significant experience as a Site Foreman or Construction Supervisor, preferably in remedial construction

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to effectively manage and motivate construction crews

Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
