Currently, we are looking for a passionate and ambitious social media operator to join our rapidly expanding team.

This is a full-time, long-term position.

As an accomplished social media operator, you will be responsible for:

Identifying and engaging with trending business topics to enhance our social media strategy.

Creating, rewriting, and editing video content for various platforms.

Tailoring and distributing content across different social media channels, including YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, WeChat, Instagram, and RED.

Collecting market feedback to provide innovative business ideas and advertising suggestions.

Driving traffic from social media to our private databases, such as through WeChat or email systems.

Assisting in the deployment of paid advertising campaigns.

Collaborating closely with outsourced teams to rapidly produce and organize a large volume of business-related content and copy.

Requirements

Experience in digital marketing or related fields such as social media.

Proficiency in video editing software, whether it's CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.

Understanding of the operational mechanisms and algorithms of major social media platforms.

Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret advertising performance and propose improvements.

A keen interest in business content and the latest AI and internet thinking.

Experience with ChatGPT or other AI tools is preferred.

Chinese/Mandarin/Cantonese speaking is an advantage.
