Supporting a Lawyer with commercial and property transactional work l WFH 1 day per week after training period

The role

As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will be assisting a Solicitor on commercial transactions such as business sales, leasing, commercial conveyancing and franchising files from start to finish.

Duties include:

• Contract perusal.
• Dealing with clients and other Solicitors
• Reviewing leases and commercial/franchising agreements
• Preparation of leases, amending leases
• Typing and drafting correspondence and documents
• Online searches and following up conditions
• Settlement statements, PEXA and general file management duties.

Your experience

You will have a minimum of 1 year conveyancing, leasing or commercial property paralegal experience.

The Law Firm / Salary / Benefits

Well established law firm. Supportive, friendly environment. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (between $80,000 - $100,000 + superannuation). Also offer 1 day a week WFH after training, wellness program, monthly birthday morning teas, laptops for all staff.
