The Opportunity

We are looking for Product and Structural Specialist. We are seeking someone with a real drive for success both for themselves and the team, and ultimately BAC and our customers.

This is a key position in our Engineering team; responsibilities include:

Review of customer orders and establish the bills of materials (BOMs) ensuring accuracy, currency and completeness

BOM routing / making changes to BOMs

Maintenance of the Unit sheets

Troubleshooting and recommending improvements

BAC is currently preparing for the migration of our ERP system to SAP so you will play a big role in this project pre and post implementation.

About You

3 years or more experience in a similar role with strong technical knowledge, preferably in HVACR

Thorough understanding of BOMs

Systems knowledge including in depth knowledge and work experience with ERPs: Infor Syteline, SAP

Understanding of x-functional requirements including Sales Operations, Planning and Engineering to ensure job accuracy, system integrity and efficiencies flowing through to Production.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent attention to detail

Self-motivated, energetic, dependable, honest and thorough
