About the role

AARCO Environmental Solutions is seeking a Skilled and Motivated Estimator to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in Estimating and a keen eye for detail, this is your chance to make a real impact in a dynamic and safety -driven industry.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for Asbestos Removal Projects

Review Site Surveys, Specifications and Tender Documents.

Liase with Clients, Contractors and Site Teams

Conduct Site Visits and Assessments

Ensure all Estimates are compliant with regulations and health and Safety Standards.

Assist with Bid Submissions and Contract Negotiations

Following through with completed quotes/tenders

Facilitate and present relevant data in an estimator's weekly meeting

Requirements

Proven experience in Estimating (Ideally within Asbestos Removal or Construction)

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as construction or engineering, or several years of experience in the industry

Knowledge of Asbestos Legislation and Removal Procedures

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong analytical and mathematical abilities, including algebra, geometry and trigonometry

Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects independently

Proficient with Estimating Software and Microsoft Office

Beneficial with Tradify and Dashpivot experience.

Close attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A certification as a Construction Estimator (optional)
