We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, dynamic and hard working medical receptionist with at least 2 years experience to join our great team at central west medical centre Braybrook.

This medical Receptionist position involves the following tasks:

Welcome patients into the centre in an efficient and courteous manner.

Collect and enter patient details.

Schedule and manage patient appointments.

Answer telephone calls and enquiries in a professional and friendly manner

Administration support

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

General administration duties such as scanning, faxing, filling and follow up patient enquiries

Patient billing and processing payments

High level of personal presentation

Ability to work as a team member

display a high level of attention to details

Qualification and knowledge:

at least 2 years Experience working in a general practice

Proficient computer skills-Knowledge of (Best practice) an advantage

Sound understanding of medical centre operations
