Clifton Hill Clinic is looking for a medical receptionist to join our friendly team on a casual, or part-time basis.

We are a general practice medical centre catering to all age groups. Situated in a redesigned historic federation building we boast a large reception area bathed in natural light with ultramodern facilities.

The role involves between one to three regular weekday shifts, +/- some Saturday mornings. No Sunday or public holiday work.

We are close to public transport, have plenty of easy on street parking and a great staff room.

We strive for a fun work environment, where people can be themselves and there is plenty of laughter in the tea room. We are seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic receptionist to join our team.

To succeed in this role you will:

be well presented

have a warm, welcoming and friendly nature

possess excellent verbal, telephone and computer skills

be well organised with strong prioritisation skills

demonstrate a strong work ethic

have previous medical receptionist experience

have knowledge of Medicare including rebates and MBS items

have (or be willing to obtain) a current police check and working with children check

Experience with Best Practice Software is preferred but not essential.
