As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled Cloud ERP Consultant to be a key part of our team.

About the role

As a Cloud ERP Consultant, you will play a key role in providing both technical and functional support to clients, focusing on ERP system configuration, implementation, and ongoing optimisation. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate their needs into effective ERP solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements

Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through the use of IBT's specified collaboration platforms

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design solutions that meet the client's needs.

Configure the IBT Cloud ERP suite of products platform/s to meet the client's requirements.

Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure that the system meets the business needs.

Train end-users on how to use the system effectively.

Provide ongoing support to clients, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system optimisation.

Document business processes, functional specifications, and system configurations.

Netsuite (mandatory), Wiise, Employment Hero, Microsoft Business Central/Dynamics and any other specified partner agreements support via HelpDesk

Assist with Development Projects

Assist with Implementation Projects

Assist ERP Sales team

What we’re looking for

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in NetSuite implementation, configuration, and support.

Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, computer science, accounting, or a related field.

In-depth knowledge of ERP modules, including financials, inventory management, order management, and CRM.

Strong understanding of business processes and ability to identify opportunities for improvement.

Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

NetSuite, Microsoft Business Central//Dynamics, or general ERP certifications preferred.
