About the role:

A Salesforce Functional Consultant at Fluent Group plays a vital role in the success of our client relationships, implementations and support. As part of the Delivery team, you will be the main contact for clients, from pre-sales to delivery and be hands-on working with Salesforce and related technologies. You’ll be designing, and implementing key solution components for our client organisations in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and beyond.

What you’ll do as a Fluent Group consultant:

Design user-friendly, efficient and scalable solutions with peer support on hand whenever it's needed.

Translate business requirements into well-considered options for the client and guide them through the pros/cons of each.

Own all elements of projects including scheduling, risks, dependencies, and issues to deliver exceptional value and client satisfaction.

Manage project scope and changes.

Resolve issues, conflicts and prioritise critical path deliverables.

Ensure projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, and quality standards via internal team collaboration and client communication.

Provide realistic estimates for work and delivery times.

Build and maintain relationships with customers.

The right candidate will have:

4+ years of Salesforce consulting or implementation experience (We are also willing to consider on-the-job experience as a lot of our team learnt this way also!)

2+ years of client-facing project management experience

2+ Salesforce Consultant certification(s): Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud

Strong task and client management skills

The ability to communicate clearly and succinctly via email, Slack, or over the phone

Ability to work with and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

Proficient with complex declarative automation, reporting, dashboards, and the Salesforce data object model

Bonus points for:

Experience working in a Salesforce consulting environment

Experience working in a business role which led to Salesforce!

Additional information:

This full-time position is flexible, however, we primarily work from our Brisbane office.

Final compensation offers are based on level of experience, skill set, certifications and education.
