Launch Recruitment are working with a not for profit organisation where digital transformation is at the forefront of the business strategy. We are supporting the business in finding a Technology Delivery Consultant with a focus on end to end solution delivery, vender management and support and maintenance of various products including Sitecore and ServiceNow.

Salary: $130,000 inclusive of super plus NFP salary sacrificing
Hybrid working: 2 days in the office

Role and Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with Project teams to deliver technology components of larger initiatives
- Leading integrated briefs and end to end solution design
- Translate non-technical user stories into program and technical requirements. Manage
development and testing teams for project implementations.
- Giving the business advice of best practise around the technical products
- Conduct end to end solution delivery
- Prepare technical release plans, Go Live plans, and Rollback plans.
- Consult with infrastructure, risk, project, and product teams to ensure solutions are consistent with
our enterprise architecture and risk framework
- Manage implementation of technical change and sprint releases in collaboration with platform
owner.
- Ongoing product support including incident/problem resolution.
- Working with vendors to ensure best practise and alignment with the business projects

Experience
- At least 4 years’ experience in managing delivering projects end to end from discovery to aftercare.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft tech stack including Ms Azure
- Must be highly organised and capable of coordinating workflow, managing competing priorities,
and remaining calm under pressure.
- Experience with ITIL change, incident and request management processes
- Excellent analytical, planning, organisational and technical and skills
- Demonstrated experience working with external service providers.
- Demonstrated experience with continuous delivery processes utilising Octopus Deploy, Jenkins,
GitLab or similar.
- Experience with code repositories such as BitBucket or similar.
- Hands on experience with Agile ALM tools such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence or similar.
- Exposure to IT Service Management systems such as ManageEngine, Service Now or similar.
- Understanding of cloud systems and services such as AWS and MS Azure.
- Ability to clearly communicate technology concepts and processes to non-technical business
leaders.
- Understanding of IT governance, standards, and controls
