The Opportunity

As the Workforce Planning Business Partner, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to develop strategic workforce insights and translate them into practical, future-ready plans.

You will gain exposure to organisational-wide initiatives, influence resourcing decisions, and contribute to the success of a workforce planning pilot program.

The Role

Support strategic workforce planning across the business and pilot new planning initiatives.

• Deliver workforce analytics and risk mitigation strategies for medium to long-term planning
• Provide workforce capability insights to support business and project demands
• Interpret and analyse people data to develop and maintain comprehensive workforce reports
• Contribute to the delivery of the workforce planning pilot program, including stakeholder engagement and template design

The Ideal Person

You are a driven and analytical HR professional with a passion for using data to inform strategic decision-making.

With experience in workforce planning, you are confident engaging with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior managers, and thrive when integrating complex datasets into meaningful workforce insights.

Your commercial acumen and understanding of organisational change equip you to influence and lead in evolving environments.

You bring curiosity, structure, and a proactive mindset to your work, always looking ahead to anticipate challenges and uncover opportunities.

Salary / Rate

• $95/hr – $110/hr + Super
• 6 Month contract
• Immediate start on offer
