About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Settlements Officer to join our team based in Brookwater. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with professional services experience who’s eager to learn and grow within the mortgage broking industry.
In this role, you'll work closely with our brokers to ensure a smooth settlement process. Experience in finance is helpful but not essential, we’re happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and assist with client enquiries
Manage and enter new leads into the CRM
Book appointments and support initial client onboarding
Coordinate settlement processes and follow up with lenders and clients
Ensure compliance and documentation is correctly completed
Provide administrative support to the broader broking team
What We’re Looking For
Professional services experience (finance, admin, customer service, or similar)
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
A proactive, organised approach and positive attitude
Confidence working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
