We’re now looking for a driven, professional Air Conditioning Sales Consultant to join our team.

🌟 About the Role:

Meet with customers onsite (supplied leads)

Scope split systems, ducted systems, and multi-head setups

Build and present professional quotes (full training provided)

Follow up quotes and close deals confidently

Maintain CRM notes and manage follow-ups

Work closely with our Solar Sales team in a high-energy, supportive Sales Pod

Weekly sales and activity targets — with full support to hit them

What’s On Offer:

Base salary + % commission on sales closed (Realistic OTE $120k–$140k+)

Fully maintained company vehicle (including fuel card, insurance, rego, servicing)

Company phone and laptop/tablet provided

Full product and sales training

Strong supply of qualified inbound leads (plus room to generate your own)

Weekly support and mentoring to grow your results

What We’re Looking For:

Sales experience (air con, solar, or similar high-ticket home services ideal)

Strong face-to-face presentation and communication skills

Confident quoting, handling objections, and following up

Positive, driven, and reliable

Basic technical understanding of air conditioning (or willing to learn fast)

Self-motivated and coachable

Comfortable working towards clear activity and sales goals

Bonus Points (Not Essential):

Experience quoting Daikin, Mitsubishi Heavy, Fujitsu, Actron Air systems

Experience with solar, batteries, or home energy products

Local knowledge of Wollongong and Illawarra suburbs
