About the role

As a Sales & Design Consultant at Climat Air Conditioning & Solar, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales and growth. We are proud to call ourselves the leading air conditioning dealer in South Australia for Daikin and Mitsubishi Electric. This full-time position is based in Adelaide, SA and will involve providing exceptional customer service, designing tailored solutions, and closing sales deals to meet and exceed targets.

What you'll be doing

Engaging with prospective customers to understand their needs and requirements

Designing personalized heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) solutions that meet the customer's specifications

Preparing detailed proposals and quotes for customers

Presenting and demonstrating HVAC products and services to customers

Negotiating and closing sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets

Providing post-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques

What we're looking for

Experience in a sales or design consultant role, preferably within the HVAC industry

Technical knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to design and recommend appropriate solutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
