About the Role

This is a great opportunity for a skilled Project Coordinator with plumbing experience to take ownership of complex and varied projects from concept through to completion. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll manage timeframes, budgets, contractors, and compliance while building strong relationships with clients and suppliers. Based primarily out of Naval Base, you'll spend time between the office, client meetings, and site inspections.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering projects across drainage, plumbing, and civil works - on time, on budget, and to spec
• Managing trades, subcontractors, and suppliers across multiple job sites
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, councils, and external stakeholders
• Leading operational meetings, reporting on progress, risks, and safety metrics
• Driving quality and safety standards with input from the HSEQ team
• Overseeing materials procurement and cost tracking to ensure strong margins

About You

You're an experienced Project Manager with a solid grounding in plumbing and a natural ability to lead from the front. Calm under pressure, you're confident juggling moving parts while keeping communication clear and outcomes focused.

You'll bring:

• A Diploma of Project Management (essential)
• Plumbing trade background or sound knowledge of plumbing systems (essential)
• Proven project delivery experience in water, drainage or relining works
• Strong stakeholder management skills - you can hold your own with clients, councils, and engineers
• A practical understanding of site safety, environmental, and quality requirements
• Experience using project software like ServiceM8 or similar
