About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Tax Policy & Advocacy (TPA) team on a part-time basis. This is a key role supporting member and volunteer engagement, coordinating technical committee activities, and helping to deliver impactful policy initiatives.
No prior tax experience is required this is a purely administrative role. If you are an organised professional who loves administration and stakeholder coordination, we will provide all the support you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the TPA team, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel logistics.
Assist with technical committee operations: preparing agendas, sending calendar invites, maintaining membership records, and supporting the annual committee refresh process.
Maintain accurate records of volunteer engagements, subscriptions, renewals, and member queries.
Support the preparation of submissions, including formatting documents and producing professional slide decks for presentations.
Present data on internal dashboards and assist with administrative reporting.
Liaise with internal colleagues and external stakeholders to foster strong professional relationships.
About You
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably within a professional services or membership organisation.
Highly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
Proficient in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
Capable of working independently while being a collaborative team player.
Experience supporting Boards or Committees (desirable but not essential).
Interest in the fields of tax, law, or policy is welcome but absolutely not required.
