About the role

We currently have an opportunity for a part-time Administration Assistant to join our Finance and Administration team. This role will assist with administration functions in the Finance and Administration Department.

Working hours

We are looking for someone who is able to accommodate 24 hours per week.

Days of work: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Hours of work: 9:00am to 5:30pm

Salary

Salary will be discussed during the interview process.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

General administrative duties

Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Invoicing and balance of sales reports

General reception duties - greeting, checking in, announcing and directing visitors

Answering and making calls, taking messages, and transferring calls

General ledger maintenance

Data entry and reporting

To be successful, you will need:

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Ability to learn quickly and navigate new systems/processes

Aptitude for working with computers

Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment

On-the-job training will be provided to the successful candidate.
