About the opportunity
Reporting to the Sales Director, as a Regional Sales Manager you will lead a high-performing team of Hospital Specialists and GP Representatives across the Sydney metropolitan area. You will be responsible for executing strategic initiatives, driving sales performance, fostering a culture of excellence, and supporting the development and capability of your team to achieve ambitious business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of HSRs and GP Representatives
• Develop and execute territory action plans aligned with national business strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical, and Market Access
• Drive continuous professional development and upskilling within your team
• Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for growth
• Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and therapy area stakeholders
• Lead regional meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
• Uphold high standards of compliance, ethics, and professionalism across all activities

Skills & Experience required

• Proven sales leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, required
• Strong record of driving team sales success and market share growth
• Strong Commercial & Clinical acumen
• Primary Care or Hospital Sales experience, highly regarded
• Proven ability to think strategically and execute operationally
• Ability to drive and operate a vehicle without restriction
