Your role and responsibilities:

Call, follow-up and process leads

Follow CRM processes

Provide finance quotations, assess feasibility, submit and process applications

Liaise with financial institutions and their representatives

Oversee documentation and settlement of transactions

Adhere to compliance and finance industry regulations

After sales service and on-going client assistance

Required:

Minimum two years experience as a mortgage broker.

Certificate IV/Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking required.
