LEASING PARTNER | NORTH SYDNEY | 85K PACKAGE + COMMISSION

Our client is a highly regarded real estate agency based in the luxurious North Sydney. With a team of experienced professionals who have demonstrated success in the local market and national exposure, they are now seeking a Leasing Partner to join their dynamic team.

In this role, you will assist clients in finding their ideal homes while collaborating with the Property Management team to ensure a seamless leasing process. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an industry-leading team, offering excellent career growth in a large, modern office.

The Position:

• Handle a rent roll of 800+ properties
• Processing applications, repairing & managing lease agreements
• Perform routine inspections & manage maintenance request issues
• Ensure properties and leasing practice comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage accurate records, update tenant information and ensure lease documentation is complete.

About You:

• Ideally 1-2 years experience within the Real Estate Industry
• Hold a valid Real Estate Certificate of Registration & Drivers License - Required
