MSR Talent are partnering with a high performing real estate agency based in the Inner West who are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant/Assistant Property Manager to join their busy team.
You will be the face of the rental team responsible for meeting and showing prospective tenants through properties.Our client provides continuous training and development and there will be opportunities to progress within the business.

The Role:

• Conduct open for inspections and private appointments
• Organise keys for rental properties
• Process tenancy applications and service requests from tenants and ensure prompt response to all inquiries
• Liaise with the Property Managers to approve applications
• Liaise with current tenants to organise suitable times for inspections
• Assisting with advertising and marketing of properties
• Book and carry out Routine Inspections
• Managing rental enquiries via email & phone

About You:

• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate license
• Current Australian Driver’s License and vehicle
• Previous Real Estate experience is essential
• Impeccable Presentation
• Responsible & Reliable
• Excellent Time Management
• Work well under pressure
• Be available every Saturday
• Must live within close proximity to the Eastern Suburbs
• Full working rights in Australia
