THE ROLE:

• Liaise with clients, customers, and potential renters professionally
• Respond to inquiries and provide detailed property information
• Assist renters during property viewings and guide them through the application process
• Prepare tenancy documentation and review applications with background checks
• Organise and conduct property inspections (open, ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections)
• Oversee key collection and return processes
• Complete post-inspection reports, highlighting key findings
• Provide general administrative support to various teams

Who we are looking for:

• VIC Agents Representative Certificate required
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
• Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin (favourable, not mandatory)
• Previous experience in Leasing or Property Management
• Reliable, flexible, and able to follow through on tasks
