About the role

In this role you will be a Project Support Officer for a large Defence project. You will join a leading consulting firm and be responsible for providing detailed administration & project coordination experience in relation to complex Defence ICT program and contribute to strategic planning, program and project management development. To be successful you will have strong stakeholder management skills, prior experience working for Defence in an ICT environment and have NV1 clearance, or above.

Responsibilities

Coordinate admin & business support activities for a team and other work areas, identify risks and determine appropriate course of action to meet stakeholder needs

Accountable to perform complex procedural, operational, administrative, and business support activities and tasks that support the delivery of outcomes across Defence

Assist both Master Scheduler and Costing specialist within a major defence ICT program

Take the initiative to progress work to meet business objectives, provide advice and guidance on more complex issues

Resolve problems and implement alternative courses of action

About you

Experience providing business support to projects in an ICT environment

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

NV1 Clearance, or above

Available to work on-site in Canberra

Prior Defence experience
