Role responsibilities include:

Lead your team to provide an outstanding customer experience to all our customers wherever they might be

Growth of the branch, a mix of branch interactions, onsite visits and a critical skill of being able to convert leads to hires - one eye on strategic opportunities to grow!!!

Bring a Passion & Positivity that's inspiring to all, you are our brand ambassador

Commit to and maintain high standards in terms of safety, equipment reliability, branch workflow and cleanliness, and administrative compliance

Equip customers to achieve better results

This role would ideally suit someone with a friendly personality, a broad knowledge of equipment applications and who has a high level of operational experience.

We need people who have;

A customer focused outlook that delivers service at the top level to our customers.

Strong business acumen and can drive revenue and profit outcomes

Excellence in Operational Managment in a Hire Branch environment

In depth knowledge of tools and equipment and their application.

A demonstrated ability to work autonomously and complete multiple tasks independently within required time frames

Proven administrative, organisational, and communication skills

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.

A level of physical fitness as required to complete role requirements

A driver's license and a proven safe driving record
