About the Role

As our new Estimator, you’ll be responsible for:

Preparing accurate estimates and detailed tender submissions

Reviewing plans, scopes, and site conditions

Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing

Supporting project strategy, budgeting, and business development

Using tools like Simpro, Excel, and estimating software

What We’re Looking For

✅ 5+ years’ experience in civil estimating

✅ Strong understanding of excavation and utility installation projects

✅ Proficient with Simpro (or similar job management software)

✅ Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

✅ Able to work independently and meet deadlines
