About the role:

We’re seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to own and optimize our CRM and sales-pipeline processes. You will ensure data integrity, streamline reporting, and coordinate the commercial team’s administrative needs—without any direct selling responsibilities. Your insights will keep our sales engine running smoothly so our BDMs can focus on closing high-value opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

● CRM Management & Data Integrity: Maintain and audit all records in our CRM (accounts, contacts, opportunities), enforce naming conventions, and manage user permissions.

● Pipeline Coordination: Monitor deal stages, flag stalled or at-risk opportunities and ensure accurate progression or archiving of all pipeline entries.

● Reporting & Analytics: Generate and distribute weekly/monthly dashboards on pipeline health, forecast vs. actual performance, and conversion metrics, presenting key insights to stakeholders.

● Sales Collateral Preparation: Create, format, version-control and upload quotes, proposal templates and sales materials to shared repositories.

● Scheduling & Logistics: Organise sales team meetings, training sessions and customer demos; capture action items, track follow-up to completion and take the lead coordinating trade shows.

● Process Improvement: Identify workflow bottlenecks, recommend CRM best practices, document standard operating procedures, and train end-users on new processes.

● Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary administrative connector between the commercial team and technical experts to ensure timely information flow.

Your experience and skills:

● 2+ years in sales-support, operations or CRM-focused role

● Hands-on proficiency with CRM platforms HubSpot

● Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables and basic formulas

● Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

● Clear written and verbal communication; able to liaise across teams

● Self-starter who can work independently, yet thrives as part of a fast-paced team

● Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
