Are you an experienced OHS Professional seeking an exciting challenge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? Do you have passion for making a difference? Then we want to hear from YOU!
Whilst this position is titled a manager, there is no on-site team and is a very autonomous role. However, the broader divisional team of People, Culture and Safety are vibrant and hard-working and have worked together for a number of years with no turnover! This role is complimented with an Emergency Management Coordinator and Return to Work Coordinator.
The work is end-to-end and the environment is fast-paced and challenging but full of opportunity to grow, learn and make an impact!
We are interested in hearing from both mid-high level OHS professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
Continue implementation of OHS Strategies and Frameworks
Support management in investigating OHS incidents
Lead ICAM investigations where required
Review and develop OHS policies and procedures to ensure legislative compliance
Report and manager OHS performance data, provide advice to Executive and Board
Provide onsite OHS training either informal or formal
Qualifications/experience required:
Formal qualification in OHS (minimum Cert IV)
Minimum 2 years experience
Desirable:
Experience in health
