With three successful retail stores located in Western Australia, we are very excited to now open our first Victorian branch, located in Mornington!
The Opportunity
We now have an exciting opportunity for an In-Home Demo Product Specialist to work in our first Victoria store, reporting directly to the owner. You’ll be able to join the store from the very beginning and will be responsible for assisting customers with finding the right products for their mobility and independence needs, both in-store and via in-home demonstrations in our customers' homes. You will receive ample training, which could include a trip to Perth, WA for hands-on training at Head Office!
Tasks and Responsibilities
Provide expert advice on mobility equipment to meet each customer's unique needs (product training provided).
Deliver exceptional customer service and convey a genuine passion for our products while showcasing them both in our showroom and off-site in customers' homes.
Generate precise quotes and respond to all inquiries with professionalism and warmth, via phone, email, or face-to-face.
Effectively manage and prioritise sales appointments, both in the showroom and for in-home demonstrations, ensuring detailed and accurate sales records are maintained.
Represent our brand at trade shows and exhibitions.
Help maintain an organised and fully stocked showroom.
Qualifications & Experience
Significant sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding targets OR a background working in the mobility or aged care sector.
Strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
Knowledge of mobility equipment and assistive technology (desirable).
Clear, empathetic communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage appointments, coordinate demos, and maintain customer records.
Ability and willingness to safely lift, handle and transport heavy equipment for Demos and deliveries.
Team player, contributing to a positive work environment and helping out your co-workers as required.
Willing to undergo NDIS new worker screening check. (All expenses covered)
Willing to comply with any vaccination requirements set by the government and the health industry, including the flu vaccination.
Possess a valid driver's license for driving to customers’ homes.
Ability to travel to WA for paid training (all expenses included).
Ability to work Monday–Friday 9 am-5 pm
Occasional overnight travel (all expenses included).
