We’re now looking for an Equipment Specialist to join our team, supporting the sales and adoption of our advanced dental equipment across Victoria's Western Territory of Victoria.

Your role at a glance:

Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to meet and exceed growth targets

Engage dental professionals with tailored consultations and product demonstrations

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless installations and after-sales support

Maintain CRM accuracy and deliver timely sales insights and reports

Represent Dentsply Sirona at industry exhibitions, meetings, and promotional events

What you bring:

Proven experience in capital equipment sales, ideally in the dental or medical sectors

Proven experience in selling software platforms tailored to specific applications

Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative selling approach

Ability to oversee, manage and drive small to mid size projects from inception to execution

Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing national team

Commercial acumen and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions
