About the Role
As a Mobility Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice and face of SuperPharmacyPlus, interacting with our valued customers and organizational partners. You'll play a crucial role in reinforcing our reputation for exceptional customer service while managing various customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats related to the Mobility Department
Provide expert advice on mobility products, pricing, and availability
Process sales, hire agreements, and equipment trials
Maintain the showroom's appearance, including stock levels and presentation
Assist with incoming orders and stock replenishment
Prepare trial equipment and maintain hire systems
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
Contribute to team targets and company efficiency improvements
Qualifications and Skills
Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
Problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
Excellent multitasking and time management capabilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Quick learner with a customer-first mentality
Knowledge of mobility products and services (preferred but not required)
