Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with senior brokers to assist clients in structuring and securing finance solutions.

Manage client relationships and lender communications through to settlement.

Maintain accurate client records and ensure a seamless experience across the lending journey.

Continuously build your lending knowledge and stay up-to-date with market trends and lending policies.

What We’re Looking For:

Recent graduate or final year student in Finance, Business, or a related field.

A genuine interest in residential and/or commercial lending.

Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.

Highly motivated, organised, and eager to learn and grow.

A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding client outcomes.

Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to complete — support provided).
