The supermarket sells most of the grocery items usually for Asian communities. The market has a diverse range of products and pantry essentials.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Retail Buyer (Full-time) for Kazi's Super Market. The candidate must have experience in purchasing and retail management and strong negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting extensive market research and competitive analysis to anticipate consumer trends and

procurement opportunities

Negotiate pricing and delivery terms to ensure cost-effective procurement

Developing and implementing buying strategies that align with business goals and market demand

Managing key supplier relationships, negotiating long-term contracts, and ensuring procurement aligns with

company objectives

Collaborating with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align purchasing decisions with business goals

Preparing and presenting advanced reports on procurement, stock movement, and financial performance for

top management

Monitoring and evaluating supplier performance, ensuring quality and timely deliveries

About You

Previous experience as a retail buyer, preferably in a supermarket

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

Experience in any Asian or Indian Supershop will be preferred
