Are you a confident and commercially savvy Buyer with a flair for finding unbeatable deals? Ten Tops is on the lookout for a passionate General Merchandise Buyer to join our team in Crows Nest, Sydney.

At Ten Tops, we’re all about delivering incredible value to Aussie shoppers, and we need someone who can help keep our shelves stocked with the best Core and Top Picks across our growing store network.

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting the procurement of General Merchandise across all stores

Sourcing and negotiating with a strong network of suppliers across Australia and overseas

Identifying clearance and overstocks opportunities, especially from China

Contributing to strategic buying decisions that align with our business goals

Working closely with the Buying and Transport teams to ensure smooth delivery and replenishment

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a similar Buying role, ideally in discount retail or general merchandise

Strong existing relationships with Australian Core and Clearance suppliers

Connections in China’s overstock market are highly desirable

Knowledge of supplier networks in India would be a bonus

A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for value retail
