This role requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude to drive process improvements and strategic decisions and have a strong focus on the costing of events and activities, business partnering with heads of departments and GMs.

Description

The Senior Manager - FP&A And Business Planning will involve the following:

• Oversee the financial planning and analysis for student-related activities.
• Drive process improvements and strategic decisions across the organisation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast and budget effectively.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Monitor and assess financial performance and identify areas for potential improvement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Contribute to the development of the organisation's financial strategy.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on changes in the industry.
• Ad hoc activities and analysis as required by the CFO and Directors.

Profile

A successful FP&A (Student Planning) should have:

• A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Experience within education
• CA/CPA
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis
• Experience managing staff
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
