About the role
This part-time Contract Administrator /Client Services role offers a fantastic opportunity to join the team at Logic Partners in the heart of Melbourne VIC 3000 or their Essendon Office, WFH available. You will be responsible for providing high-quality contract administration and client services support to ensure the smooth delivery of projects and services.
What you'll be doing
Reviewing and maintaining client contracts and service agreements
Providing excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Maintaining accurate contract and client records in CRM.
Tracking progress and reporting on key metrics
Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Liaising with the clients finance broker ensuring everyone is on the same page.
Liaising with the contract lawyers to ensure contracts are signed and deposits collected on time.
Moving all investment property sales through to achieving all milestones from EOI-Settlement
What we're looking for
Relevant experience in a Contracts Administration or Client Services role within the Real Estate industry
Experience of the whole process from EOI through to Settlement and handover.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, builders, lawyers and finance brokers.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office suite
A customer-centric approach and the ability to provide a high level of service
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Business, Law or Administration is desirable
