Strategy Finance Manager | Drive Growth, M&A & Strategic Impact
We’re partnering with a high-performing and growth-focused ASX listed organisation seeking a commercially minded Strategy Finance Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, finance, and corporate development.

Initially this newly created role is a 6-9 month contract role with a strong likelihood that it will become a permanent role.

Working closely with senior leaders and the broader finance team, you’ll shape critical business decisions, support M&A execution, and lead performance improvement initiatives that will directly influence the company's trajectory.
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading strategic finance activities across high-value initiatives, including business cases and board materials.
• Driving cost optimisation and performance improvement projects across the business.
• Building and maintaining complex financial models to evaluate ROI, cash flow, and growth opportunities.
• Supporting M&A activity—leading financial due diligence, synergy analysis, and transitional services.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external advisors to align on strategic objectives.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years' experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or a related field.
• Strong commercial acumen and a sharp analytical mindset.
• Deep capability in Excel and financial modelling, with an ability to distil complex data into clear insights.
• Experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional communication skills and comfort presenting to senior executives and boards.
