The Role
Culture is a key part of the Wizard Brand, we aim to inspire a culture of success, and as a Customer Service Coordinator at Wizard, you will be responsible for directing and supporting customer engagement in the pharmacy, establishing customer loyalty and inspiring a commitment to providing a consistent high level of service.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
In collaboration with the leadership team ensure the highest levels of customer service are achieved, acting as a role model and mentor to team members positively displaying the Wizards values.
Assist in the recruitment and induction of new team members, supporting them on their development journey and empowering them to develop higher-level skills through coaching, mentoring, and communication to achieve high performance.
Support a positive culture and workplace environment.
Co-ordinate the Retail Services team on a day-to-day operational basis, including managing workflows, roster changes and breaks.
Ensure attention to detail and a high standard of pharmacy presentation.
Plan, coordinate and support the execution of promotional activities.
Lead and support the team in all brand initiatives, including loyalty and affiliate programs.
Deliver a consistent excellence level patient and customer experience.
Drive sales and customer engagement to achieve KPIs
Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
Supervisor experience is essential
Pharmacy experience will be looked upon favourably
Strong and effective communication skills
Experience in leading and developing others
Outstanding Customer service skills
Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism
Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this job
