What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance management.

Provide coaching and training to enhance team skills and service quality.

Analyse customer service data to identify and implement process improvements.

Work with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Handle escalated inquiries and complaints effectively.

Contribute to the development of customer service policies and best practices.

Promote a positive, collaborative, and excellence-driven team culture.

Engage with customers via phone, email, or face-to-face to ensure top-notch service.

Facilitate customer onboarding, including setting up new accounts and issuing Welcome Packs.

Previous leadership or supervisory role in customer service.
